Ellie's Corner is Coming
to Downtown Greeley!

Three years ago, this little dream was built on flour covered counters and generational tradition. We have been so privileged to be a part of the Greeley community these past few years, sharing good old fashioned pie and hospitality.

 

Now, after hundreds of pies shared, countless hours, so many fun markets and pop-up events, and here we are… a storefront!

Opening a pie shop has been a lifelong dream of ours and we couldn’t be more excited to bring life to this space in the vibrant downtown community. This place has character, we love the history and local roots!

We are a family run local business and we've always considered our customers to be our extended family. We wouldn't be here today without you! Thank you for being on the journey with us, through thick and thin. Now we are excited to offer you a new favorite local spot full of character, warmth, and delicious baked goods.
